BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 22. The Aghstafa Regional Culture Department under the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan has announced a tender for current repair work.
The participation fee is 150 manat ($88).

Tender offers are accepted until 15:00 (GMT+4) October 19.
