AGHDAM, Azerbaijan, February 20. The
construction work at Azerbaijan's Aghdam Residence residential
complex has been completed, Emin Jafarov, construction manager of
the “Aghdam Residence” project, told reporters, Trend reports.
During a media tour held in Aghdam, Jafarov pointed out that the
residential complex spans a whopping 1.55 hectares. Six initial
residential buildings have been constructed within the complex.
Trend’s
regional correspondent visited the construction site and explored
the completed works.
It was reported that the buildings in the complex are six
stories high, and there are a total of 11 blocks. The apartments
boast a total of 45 one-bedroom units, 108 two-bedroom units, 48
three-bedroom units, and 8 four-bedroom units, covering all the
bases for a cozy living experience.
The construction and installation work has now been finalized.
To ensure the residents’ comfort, the complex will feature parks,
recreational areas, social and utility facilities, parking lots,
bicycle paths, and playgrounds. Extensive landscaping and greening
work will also be carried out.
To note, on February 18, President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva inspected
the conditions at the "Aghdam Residence" residential complex.
