“Over the last 5 years Azerbaijan constructed as many tourist objects as Armenia and Georgia together,” Ragif Aliyev, the head of the press service of the Youth, Sports and Tourism Ministry, told Trend.
According to Aliyev, from 2001 to 2005 111 tourist objects were built in the country. Only in 2005 26 similar objects were commissioned. 9 more objects will be commissioned in late 2005 or early 2006.
