The Azerbaijani Education Ministry has presented to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) a draft memo on cooperation in the implementation of the project on �Childish development in early age’, the Ministry told Trend.
A feasibility study of the project is ready. The project will be put under exploitation in March 2006 following a signing a credit agreement with the bank, which has already expressed its agreement upon its financing. The experts propose Azerbaijan to include in the two more regions вЂ" Absheron and Ismayilly in addition to 10 pilot districts.
