The UEFAs coach workshop started at the Physical Training Academy on Saturday with participation of the leading Azerbaijani coaches.
The two-week workshop will be conducted by representative of the European Football Union from Czechia Zdenek Sivek, followed by Azerbaijani referee Rustam Rahimov. The goal of the workshop is to improve the level of the coach personnel in the country, issue the diplomas of category A allowing local specialists to lead the club of the Major League in Azerbaijan and other countries. At present most local coaches have only certificate B allowing them to work with juvenile teams.
