Elmira Suleymanova, the Azerbaijani Ombudsman, received Marco Borsotti, the UNDP resident coordinator in Azerbaijan on Friday, Trend reports.
Suleymanova expressed her gratitude to UNDP for support in establishment of regional centers of Ombudsmen Institute, invitation of international experts for deepening of knowledge and experience of employees of the Ombudsmans Institute, opportunities for their participation in the international training and workshops.
In his turn Borsotti appreciated an annual report by Ombudsman, adopted by the parliament, efficient activities of the regional centers of Ombudsman, cooperation with the non-governmental organizations.
