Polad Sirajov, an Azerbaijani citizen who is still being kept at the Guntanamo Prison will be released in the near future. Elchin Behbudov, the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Anti-Torture Committee, informed journalists, IAA Trend reports.
According to Behbutov, at present, Sirajov passes through the rehabilitation in the hospital regime and will return to his country soon.
Besides, Behbudov stressed that the Azerbaijan Anti-Torture Committee raised an idea to hold a monitoring at the Guntanamo Prison.
