Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The Legal Council Court of Azerbaijan began disciplinary measures with 75 judges. Up to now, 50 judges have been instituted to administrative responsibility.
For violating the legislation, the judges of the Appeal Court of Azerbaijan, Mayis Huseynov, Latif Nabiyev, Salman Huseynov, Judge of Sabail District Court, Alim Namazov, received reprimands and Judge of Appeal Court, Rasim Iskenderov and Judge of Fizuli Gubadly Military Court, Elnur Jabiyev, received a warning.
The Legal Council Court began disciplinary action with regards to five judges who violated human rights.
