Ilhamgizi / The number of applicants to the state service is increasing annually, the deputy head of the Department on Work with Regional and Local Government Bodies at the Executive Administration of Azerbaijani President, Huseyn Movsumov , stated on the 22nd of June at the conference of 'Reforms in State Service and Rational Government in Azerbaijan'.
According to Movsumov , the arrangement plans for the formation of the reserve work force within the state government system is under implementation. "Work with individuals aged up to thirty-five is being carried out by executive bodies. Prospective youth is attracted to the service within state bodies. As a result from the joint activities of the Executive Administration of Azerbaijani President with local executive powers, the average age requirement in forty-seven positions was decreased to forty-two years of age. The promotion of young staff, results in the decrease of vacancies, which is the centre of attention of the State.
Hearings of the reports of the heads of executive powers are held at local executive power bodies with the participation of the representatives of the President's Administration and Ministers. It is planned to improve skilled staff for state service bodies," Movsumov added.
