Alizadeh / The lawsuit of Rizvan Talybov, the Chairman of the Union for Deportation to West Azerbaijan, the director of the Committee on Protection of Rights of Azerbaijani Ex-Minister for Health, Ali Insanov, has been directed to Sumgayit City Court, the attorney of Talybov, Telman Novruzzadeh, reported on 28 July.
He noted that the Prosecutor of Sumgayit had signed the indictment of Talybov. "The date of court investigation and the judge to consider the case have not been defined yet. The issues will be specified next week," he added.
Talybov is charged in contravention of Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan Republic. He is presently held in preliminary detention cell of Shuvalan settlement.
