BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12. Private and country houses in Baku fell in price by an average of 3.7 percent in April 2022 compared to March and by 10.98 percent compared to April last year, Trend reports citing Azerbaijan’s MBA LLC consulting company.
The cost of one square meter of private and country houses amounted to 884 manat ($520) in April 2022, 918 manat ($540) in March 2022, and 993 manat ($584.1) in April 2021, the company said.
The total volume of offers in the private and country houses market increased by 4.95 percent in April 2022 compared to the previous month and by 15.13 percent (to 997 houses) year on year.
The cost of renting one square meter of private and country houses in Baku decreased by 2.51 percent in April 2022 compared to the previous month and by 18.98 percent year-on-year to 5.72 manat ($3.3).
The total volume of offers on the rental market of private and country houses in Baku increased by 2.96 percent in April 2022 compared to the previous month, and by 1.65 percent (to 556 houses) year-on-year.
