BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 25. Azerbaijan has launched a website on the VAT refund for cashless payments while buying residential and non-residential areas, the State Tax Service told Trend.
On May 25, 2022, the "Terms and conditions of VAT refund to individuals who purchased residential and non-residential areas in a cashless way from persons engaged in construction activities" were approved following the presidential decree.
As part of the order, the website (https://new.e-taxes.gov.az/eportal/az/login/) was created for compiling e-receipts and submitting buyers' applications over the VAT refund.
