TEHRAN, Iran, June 13. Iranian government's National Housing Movement is progressing and currently, 1.3 million homes are under construction, said the Minister of Road and Urban Development Rostam Ghasemi, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"The statistics show 1.35 million housing units are being built and the number will continue to increase," he said.
He pointed out that the plan will be completed on time by parliament support and credit assigned to the project.
Iranian government's landmark housing plan aims to build four million residential units in the next four years to maintain the surging prices in the housing market.
