Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of preference registered stocks of the Royal Bank of Baku OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 296,800 with a face value per stock at AZN 200. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at the Baku Stock Exchange.
AzerInterTrade LLC will be the underwriter of the placement of the stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
