Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / The premiums of Atesgah, one of Azerbaijan's largest insurance companies, made up 12.846mln from January to September (AZN 12.792mln - voluntary and AZN 53,421 - mandatory insurance).
Life insurance comprised AZN 65,734 and non-life insurance came to 12.727mln.
The company's insurance payments in the aforementioned period amounted to AZN 2.451mln (AZN 2.417mln - voluntary and AZN 34,500 - mandatory insurance).
Russian-Azerbaijani Atesgah JSC plans to collect up to AZN 16mln by the end of the year, the President of company, Intigam Huseynov, said earlier.
According to the Azerbaijani Finance Ministry, Atesgah's premiums in the first half of 2007 amounted to AZN 10.84mln, and payments came to 1.56mln.
