Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend U.Ismayilova / The State Security Committee registered the release of simple nominal non-documentary T-bills of the new insurance company Baki Sigorta in the amount of AZN 500,000, the Committee said.
The nominal cost of the securities is AZN 200 per bill.
The stock capital of Baki Sigorta, which was established by Bank Respublika, one of the biggest banks in Azerbaijani, in October 2007, constitutes AZN 700,000.
Baki Sigorta replaced Tural Sigorta in the Azerbaijani insurance market, which did not have considerable financial indices over the last period and was sold to the bank.
