Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend / Turkish- Azerbaijani Joint insurance and reinsurance company Basak - Inam and local company B& G will increase their stock capital, the State Committee on Securities said on 24 December.
The State Committee registered 1,527 shares of Basak-Inam company, with the face value of AZN 200, the stock capital of the company increased by AZN 304,600 and defined as AZN 1.304mln.
The committee registered 18 shares of B& G company with the face value of AZN 5,000. As a result its stock capital increased by AZN 90,000 to AZN 790,000.
Over the first 9 months of 2007 the total stock capital of insurance companies active in Azerbaijan comprised AZN 58.2mln.
