( Worldcarfans ) - The current generation Mercedes S Class has been on the market since 2005 and for the first time we have shots of the facelifted version which will likely be launched by the end of 2009. The car pictured has only light camouflage covering the front headlights which show strong hints of a similar design to the recently revealed SL Class facelift, but with so long to go before the launch date, we should expect to see further modifications such as a redesigned front facia.
