Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 January / Trend corr. U. Ismayilova / In December 2007, prices in the Baku secondary real estate market increased by 1.3% to $1,515 per sq m, the public organization Participants of Real Estate Market reported on 31 January.
The apartments in the Yasamal district (18.8%), Narimanov district (15.2%) and Khatai district (17.2%) comprised the majority in the Baku secondary real estate market.
In December, some 5,000 apartments were put for sale in the Baku real estate market.
Leningrad-project buildings (28%), experimental buildings (20%) and architectural buildings (15%) constituted majority in the December's real estate portfolio.
