Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 February / Trend corr. U.Ismailova / By the end of 2008, the prices in the property market of Azerbaijan will increase by 10 or 15%, an official from Caspian Property Services company reported.
In the end of December, the market activity increased by 10%, and at present, keeps the same rate. The prices for property increased by 5%, as compared to the activity.
The cost for one square meter of property comprise from $1,500 to $2,000 in the first zone, from $1,000 to $1,500 in the second zone, from $750 to $1,000 in the third zone and from $600 to $750 in the fourth zone, in Baku.
