Azerbaijan, Baku, 11 March / corr Trend U. Ismayilova/ There were no significant changes in the cost of building materials in Baku during February compared to January. The rise in the cost made up only 0.9% during this period, the Participants of the Estate Market public union said on 11 March.
The public union carried out monitoring in January of 86 types of building materials of 41 named products. There was a price rise in all 41 named products. There was a rise in the cost of only four types.
The share of building materials of domestic production in the market totaled to 33.8%.
According to the organization's monthly summary, the inactivity of the building material market is attributed to the inactivity of the real estate first market in Baku which led to a drop in the demand for these goods.
