Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 April / corr. Trend / About 265,000 cu. meters of real estate has been commissioned in Azerbaijan from January to March 2008, which is 139.3% more than the figures of the same period of 2007.
According to State Statistics Committee, the commissioned housing resources are valued at AZN165.2mln.
During this period, production facilities worth AZN92.7mln have been commissioned as well.
The expenditures for building and assembly jobs totaled to AZN789.3mln, which is 134.8% more than the same period of 2007.
About 14.090.200 AZN were put into the construction sector which is 121.4% more than the figures of 2007, and some AZN12mln were put into production facilities with a rise of 120.4%.
