Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 11 / Trend , corr. U.Ismayilova / The prices of construction materials have dropped by 26.3 % in Nov. compared to Oct., the public organization 'Participants of real estate' said.
The drop in prices occurred due to decrease in prices of imported construction materials.
The domestic manufactured construction materials dropped due to declined average prices at the market.
The share of materials manufactured in Azerbaijan comprises 51.2%.
The monitoring was held on 82 types and 36 differences of building materials. An increase was observed on 15 types, decrease on 27 types and stability for other 40 types of construction materials.
In Nov, decrease in prices was observed for steel - by 36.3%, glass wool - 28.9%, iron sheets - 26.3%, zinc sheets - 19.8%, PVA glue - 12.5%, career stone - 10.5%, laminate - 9.8% and slate - 6.9%.
In Nov., the prices of glass became dearer by 50%, plastic pipes - 16% and construction sand - 13.8%.
