Kazakhstan copes with the crisis not worse than other countries. The leader of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, stated today after the ceremony of delivery of keys to apartments to the group of citizens of the capital and to the employees of power structures, Kazakhstan Today reported.
"I think Kazakhstan copes with the crisis not worse than other countries. I observe implementation of the anti crisis government program. We make sure the money is spent wisely," N. Nazarbayev said.
According to the leader of the state, while the "other states have reduced their expenditures on wages and social payments, Kazakhstan, from first January of 2009 have increased social payments in the country."
