The Azerbaijan National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (NCE) is designing proposals for more efficient implementation of the state program "Social and economy development of regions 2009-2013", NCE Acting President, Manager of the Texnika Bank Supervisory Board Etibar Aliyev told a conference.
"We receive constructive ideas from entrepreneurs," Aliyev said.
Every proposal will be reviewed separately. The Azerbaijani Tax and Economic Development Ministries will offer necessary assistance for this purpose.
NCE held a conference dedicated to designing of proposals on implementation of the state program "Social and economy development of regions 2009-2013". The conference was attended by regional representatives of the Confederation, officials from the Tax Ministry and Economic Development Ministry.
During the conference, regional representatives of the Confederation have proposed to include measures to improve the professional quality of personnel in agriculture, improve access to credit and assess non-enterprises in the regions. It was suggested that a single electronic database of every entrepreneur to easy access to foreign investors, as well as improving the registration of immovable property in regions.
