"During 2008, the Trade Union Confederation received more than 236,000 complaints from workers whose rights have been violated, from different areas of the country's economy," Alkhasov said.

He said as a result of the taken measures, the Confederation had solved 95 percent of these addresses.

Alkhasov said it was revealed that there are no trade unions and collective agreements in many multinational companies. These problems had been partially resolved after the analysis.

Addressing the challenges of forced labor is also important in a situation of financial crisis, when in many countries, rising unemployment, begging, poor welfare, said Alhasov.

He said mostly, women and children become victims of forced labor.

"I think monitoring should be held regularly to more efficiently solve the problem of forced labor," Alkhasov said.
