Second allocation of mortgage bonds to be held in Azerbaijan

The second allocation of nominal bonds of Azerbaijani Mortgage Fund operating under the Central Bank to the amount of 5 million manat will be held in Azerbaijan on July 14, the fund said on July 9.

Price for bonds sale is fixed to the amount of 100.2 manat. People willing to buy bonds can apply to brokers, members of Baku Stock Exchange.

Date of bonds paying off was scheduled on May 10, 2016. f demand increases proposal, all bids will be provided proportionally. The Azerbaijani Central Bank will act as initial organizer of bonds distribution.

Emission of Mortgage Fund bonds was registered by State Committee for securities on May 29, 2009.

Total volume of emission hit 55 million manat with percent rate of 3 percent annually.

The first allocation of bonds was held on June 16. Bonds to the amount of 15 million manat were delivered to the auction.

Major sum of bids on nominal price exceeded amount by hitting 22 million manat. So, all suggested volume was fully allocated.

On July 9, the official exchange rate is 0.8043 manat to $1.
