The Azerbaijani State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan fined "Zangazur" commercial-production company in the Binagadi district in the amount of 5,000 manat due to lack of certification on the raw material used for baking bread, the committee said.
The laboratory tests also revealed that quality of wheat flour does not meet requirements of regulatory documents. In addition, the labeling of products was carried out incorrectly and the used means of measurement has not passed a state inspection, the same source added.
