Some $613 million worth of goods have been exported via Kordestan province's borders in the past eight months which shows more than 100 percent increase in comparison to the previous year's $304 million figure.
Some $1.5 billion worth of goods have also been transited via Kordestan province in the mentioned period which is 300 percent more than the year before, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting reported.
Cloths, home appliances, construction materials, food stuff and agricultural products are the main products of Kordestan province which are being exported to countries such as Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Italy, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
