A center for study and development will be established under the Azerbaijani Central Bank (CBA), CBA reported.
The Center will conduct scientific research, modern training and encourage development of resources.
New standards of risk management, as well as new account and statistics systems will be introduced in the CBA. It is also planned to create information and inquiry systems of the banking control to ensure considerable innovations in organizing money turnover.
CBA also plans to develop new communications and realize several social projects.
CBA will strengthen control counter-cycle-recurrence of prudential tools. A model of liquidity governance and reservation on the basis of counter-cycle-recurrence will be created. Capital pro-cycle-recurrence of the banking sector will be created.
