The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered issue of ordinary and book-entry shares of the Azerbaijani Leasing Company JSC Qafqaz Lizinq, the committee reported.
The committee has registered 1,500 units with a nominal value of each share at 1,000 manat.
The company's shares will be placed by closed placement, the report said.
JSC Qafqaz Lizinq was established in October 2007. The NAB group of companies is the only founder of the company. The JSC's services cover automobile sector, as well as construction, food, textile area, tourism, agriculture, petrochemicals and others.
