Volume of registered non-stock exchange transactions ups by 4.7 times in Azerbaijan

The National Depository Center (NDC) at the Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered 462 stock transactions for the sale of shares in the amount of 23.6 million manat at the contract price and in the amount of 23.2 million manat- at face value in July , the NDC said.
The depository center 26 registered non-stock exchange transactions in the amount of 2.8 million manat at a bargain price and 10 transactions on the additional issue in the amount of 30 million manat at a bargain price. The volume of registered transactions amounted to 2.81 million at face value and 29.8 million manat, respectively.
Securities in the amount of 3.2 billion manat are deposited in the NDC.
