OJSC "Akkord İnşaat-Sənaye" applied to CJSC "Baku Stock Exchange" (BSE) for inclusion of its preference unsecured interest-bearing registered book-entry bonds to the non-quotation list of BSE. The start of the OJSC"Akkord İnşaat-Sənaye"s shares placement is planned to be held beginning from November 08, 2010, BSE reported.
OJSC "Akkord İnşaat-Sənaye" registered in the State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan prospectus bonds totaling 50 million manat. A total of 50,000 bonds at 1,000 manat per each have been issued.
OJSC "Akkord İnşaat-Sənaye" was founded in 2005.
