The authoritative British edition The Banker has recognized the Turkmen State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs (Turkmenvnesheconombank) as the best banking institution of the country in 2010, the bank said.
The bank was awarded for the ninth time.
"Constantly expanding its presence in both retail and corporate segment, we strive to create the largest financial institution in Turkmenistan. It promotes sustainable economic growth in independent neutral Turkmenistan", the bank said.
Turkmenvnesheconombank is the state-commercial bank. It was established in 1992.
