The Azerbaijani State Standardization, Metrology and Patents Committee has developed proposals on combating corruption and submitted them to the government, Chief Ramiz Hasanov said at a press conference today at the New Azerbaijan Party
"The committee has over 300 instructors and it is impossible to control them all," he said.
According to him, about 10 people were dismissed from the committee last year.
The proposals include transferring certification organizations to self-financing.
