The State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development during the monitoring revealed the absence of storage time on the sausage produced at an enterprise, owned by Anar Rzayev, the ministry said on Tuesday.
The enterprise is located in the Sabunchi district. The monitoring conducted by state service has revealed the fact the lack of certificates of conformity and hygiene for the sausages "Chicken", "Russkaya", "Cervelat", "Lyubitelskaya", "Beef," "Molochnaya," "Moskovskaya", "Halal Prima","Oxotnichiy", "Sinuga", "Halal" and "Doktorskaya". Also 20 kilograms of expired products was found at the warehouse of the enterprise.
Thus, the State Service destroyed 755 kilograms of sausage without certificates of conformity and hygiene, 250 kilograms of unlabelled products and 20 kilograms of expired products.
As a result of the revealed offences sale and manufacture of sausages has been suspended, the entrepreneur has also been instructed to withdraw products from the sale points. A criminal case has been filed for violation of antimonopoly legislation.
