Azerbaijani Railways has introduced a new timetable for trains running from Azerbaijan to Russia.

The schedule has been introduced in accordance with the decision of Russian Railways to terminate passenger and freight train movement through the Samur-Artesian (North Caucasus Railways) section at night since Feb. 4 to ensure safety.

The measures have been applied due to the frequent explosions in Dagestan.

According to the new schedule, the passenger train No. 55-56 "Baku-Moscow" will leave Baku on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:55 p.m. The train will arrive on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 6:10 a.m.

The passenger train No. 31-32 "Baku-Kiev" will leave Baku on Wednesdays at 12:30 a.m. and arrive in Baku at 3:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

The passenger train No. "Baku-Saint-Petersburg" will depart on Thursdays at 12:30 a.m. and arrive in Baku at 6:10 a.m. on Wednesdays.

The passenger train No. 369-370 "Baku-Kharkov" will depart on Fridays at 12:30 a.m. and arrive in Baku on Wednesday at 3:45 a.m.

The passenger train No. No 373-374 "Baku-Tyumen" will depart daily at 6:00 a.m. and arrive in Baku at 1:25 a.m.

The passenger train No. 392-391 "Baku-Rostov" will depart on Mondays and Saturdays at 12:30 a.m. and arrive in Baku at 6:10 a.m. on Mondays and Saturdays.
