The EBRD has increased the limit for Azerbaijani banks within the Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP), EBRD Baku office head Neil Mckain told journalists the day before.
"We want to increase the limit for several Azerbaijani banks in trade facilitation, and this issue is under discussion," he said.
He said the implementation of other projects in the country next year demands on market demand.
The EBRD is always looking for new customers and ready to implement interesting projects, he said.
"The global financial crisis has slightly affected the Azerbaijani economy, which does not affect the bank's plans in the country," Mckain said.
