The Azerbaijani State Committee for Property Affairs has attracted four international consultants to prepare a five-year strategic and business plan for one year within the 'Real Estate Registration ', implemented by the World Bank (WB).

According to the information, international consultants from the Netherlands and Germany - Peter Plantinga, Andre Kvitovski, Peter Laarakken and Fritz Digmaer will conduct analysis and monitoring in the areas of management and the effective use of state property, privatisation, property registration and single cadastre, as well as in the address register together with the state committee's working group.
'The preparation of a five-year strategic plan and the annual plan of the State Property Committee will be completed within one year', the statement said. 'The modernization of the State Property Committee is the main priority of a five-year strategic plan'.
The objectives of the five-year strategic plan of the State Property Committee is to increase efficiency in the management and privatisation of state assets, to ensure new approaches and tools in this field and to improve the quality of services in real estate registration and to expand the use of electronic services.
'Instructions were given to inform each other of the progress of activity for the effective work of the relevant bodies included in a working group and international consultant', a statement said.
