MTS Turkmenistan announced an open call for proposals for the right to conclude a purchasing contract for the introduction of "1C: Enterprise, Version 8.0", "1C: Payroll and HR, Version 8.0" and support software "1C: Enterprise "XO" MTS-Turkmenistan." Software.
