Iran's mineral and industrial exports grew by 23 percent in the previous Iranian calendar year 1391 (March 2012-March 2013), IRIB quoted Iranian Deputy Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Alireza Shojaei as saying.

Iran is among the 15 major mineral-rich countries of the world and exports its industrial and mineral products to 159 countries, including Iraq, China, the United Arab Emirates, India, and Afghanistan.
