The State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan will hold the next auction on state property privatization on Feb. 7, 2017, the committee said in a message Jan. 9.
The auction will take place in the Auctions Center of the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan.
Ninety-five state properties - 20 joint stock companies, 62 small enterprises and facilities and 13 unused non-residential areas - will be put up for the auction.
The enterprises and facilities to be put up for the auction are located in the city of Baku, as well as districts of Azerbaijan. The activity of these enterprises and facilities covers the areas of repair, industry, food, agriculture, transport, construction, production and others.
The Araz café in Khatai district (worth 120,000 manats) and a shop in Binaghadi district of Baku (worth 100,300 manats) are the most expensive facilities to be put up for the auction.
