Price for apartments jump up in Uzbek capital

The average bid price in the secondary market of apartments in Tashkent in October was 536 conventional unit per square meter against 533 conventional unit a month earlier, up by one percent, reads a review of the assessment organization CREDO MAX ESTIMATION, provided by Gazeta.uz.

The prices for apartments in brick-type houses increased by one percent in October from 576 conventional unit to 584 conventional unit, and in the houses of the panel type remained unchanged (504 conventional unit).

Depending on the number of rooms, the average prices per square meter were as follows: one-room prices - 522 conventional unit (without changes), two-room apartments - 500 conventional unit (decreased by 1 percent), three-room apartments - 563 conventional unit (unchanged), apartments with four or more rooms -554 (increased by 2 percent).

In October, in five of the 11 districts of the capital, there was recorded a decrease in the average bid price, in five districts the price increased, in one area - remained unchanged.

In the city center, the average price level of the offer for October was 731 conventional unit per square meter, practically unchanged compared to the previous month.

The official exchange rate for November 20 is 8,069, 29 UZS / USD.
