The volume of Kazakhstan’s grain exports in January 2018 amounted to 830,000 tons and exceeded the volume of grain export in December 2017, as well as the volume of January 2017.
In December 2017 Kazakhstan exported 790,000 tons of grain, which is 39,700 tons (5 percent) less than in January 2018, according to the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
In January 2017, Kazakhstan exported 397,000 tons of grain, which is 433,000 tons (2 times) less than in January 2018. This indicator was the highest since 2012, when Kazakhstan exported 922,500 tons of grain.
The largest exports of Kazakh grain were recorded in January 2007 - 1 million tons and in January 2008 - 1.1 million tons.
