Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Kosmosbek Cholponbaev visited the Kyrgyz-Turkish State Hospital in Bishkek, where he met with coordinator of the Bishkek office of TIKA (Turkish Office for Cooperation and Development) Ali Musslu, the Kabar news agency reported citing the press service of the Ministry of Health.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the current situation of the construction of the Bishkek hospital of the Kyrgyz-Turkish friendship. Ali Musslu said that the construction of the hospital is actually completed, non-medical equipment is installed, the hospital is ready for commissioning.
To date, the text of the draft Agreement, which must be ratified, is being discussed. The Kyrgyz side expects to receive a final response from the Turkish side regarding the text of the draft agreement prepared by the Kyrgyz side, taking into account all comments and proposals in the process of agreement.
The Ministry of Health for the second time is coordinating with the state bodies of this text of the draft Agreement and on the part of state bodies and committees of the Jogorku Kenesh there were comments and suggestions on the text of the draft agreement proposed by the Turkish side. The parties expressed confidence that the final version of the Agreement will soon be signed.
