The head of the Saidnazar-Alinazar multidisciplinary farm in the Yangiyul district of the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan Alinazar Imomnazarov has been successfully engaged in plant breeding for many years, Uzbek media reported.

The farmer, in particular has mastered growing new pumpkin varieties. The weight of some pumpkins reach as much as 40-45 kilograms.

"The orchard occupies eight hectares of land. The soil should be used rationally and wisely, so I plant various smaller vegetables, strawberries and others between the crops. My father taught me various tricks in growing pumpkins. Getting big and at the same time delicious vegetables is quite difficult. Timely watering, amount of sunlight and other factors are important for that," the farmer said.

His agricultural products are being sold in the markets of Yangiyul and the capital of Uzbekistan.

The most are of course pumpkins.
