In line with the presidential decree, a business center will be created in the area of 45.5 hectares in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent (Uzbekistan), the press service of the president of Uzbekistan said.
Shopping centers, offices, parks, entertainment and housing objects, as well as other facilities will be located on the territory of the business center.
The project cost is estimated to reach $500 million. The implementation period is set for 2019-2023.
During his visit to the construction site, Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that it is necessary to take into account the terrain and to use advanced international experience. He gave instructions on attracting foreign investors, experienced designers and builders.
The presentation of proposals on the management of apartment buildings of the Yunusabad district, developed using the experience of the Russian city of Kazan, was also held there.
