The famous Turkish construction company Comfort Group plans to find potential buyers in Azerbaijan for the purchase of real estate at one of the resorts in Turkey, head of the company Huseyn Karatash told Trend.
He said that the construction company offers to buy residential property in the resort town of Yalova located near Istanbul.
“We offer our customers in Azerbaijan to purchase modern real estate that meets all standards of quality and comfort,” he noted. “We expect to replenish the customer base in Azerbaijan, because in practice we have already seen the purchasing power of Azerbaijani citizens. In the future, we plan to expand bilateral cooperation not only in real estate sales, but also in the field of construction.”
Karatash added that the company offers for sale two, three and four-bedroom apartments in Yalova with a sea view.
“Prices for apartments in five-story buildings vary within $30,000-$55,000,” he said.
