Turkish construction company Topcu Group offers Azerbaijani citizens real estate in Alanya, which is one of Turkey's best known resorts, the company's manager for real estate, Anna Starikova, told Trend on Nov. 26.
"Our company is engaged in the construction of residential buildings and commercial facilities in Alanya. Presently, there are apartments, as well as large facilities and hotels for sale. We offer the Azerbaijani citizens to purchase residential real estate at reasonable prices. The cost of apartments located 500 meters from the sea starts from 37,000 euros for 65 square meters," Starikova added.
She also noted that the company accepts orders for construction of residential real estate and large facilities, in particular hotels.
"On the basis of orders, we work with partners in Russia and Europe," Starikova added.
