Since the beginning of this year, sales of the Azerbaijani company Avtometall, which sells spare parts for trucks Howo, Shacman, Daf, Man and Mercedes, have decreased significantly, a source in the company told Trend.
The decline in sales was 30-40 percent, according to the source.
"The decline in the company’s sales has been observed in the last 2-3 years," the source noted. "For example, last year the decline was at the level of 20 percent, and this figure continues to grow this year. Probably, this trend is generally associated with decrease in market demand for trucks."
The source added that the company accepts orders for spare parts that are difficult to get.
